To use the service customers must sign up for free at parkmobile.com and then have to pay to use the mobile application (available for iPhone, Android and BlackBerry). Parking in Carta company director, Brent Matthews, said: "We are very excited to bring this payment system with mobile phone technology to the city of Chattanooga.
