Ray brings touch screen technology with sized 3.3-inch. Compared to iPhone 4, Ray thicker 0.1 mm. Ray uses a Mobile Sony Bravia Engine machine to make the picture clear.

Sony Ericsson has two cameras on Ray. The first 8.1 Megapixel camera resolution and adopt the Exmor sensor technology R. and can be used to record high quality video (HD).
The secondary camera on the front for video calls. Ray has an internal memory capacity of 300MB. These phones can last up to 430 hours. Xperia Ray is available in four colors: black, gold, white and pink.
