Quoting the WSJ revealed that Sharp will supply next-gen Apple iPads with LCD screens are manufactured at Sharp's plant, Kameyama.

The source also claims that Apple has invested in Sharp. Although no figures disclosed investments, we've heard rumors of previous analysts that Apple planned to invest $ 1 billion. The move is part of Apple's efforts to work with some component makers to ensure sufficient supply of spare parts for the iPhone and the iPad. The source further stated that Apple has been using the Sharp display on the iPhone and plans to also use the Sharp display to the next generation iPhone next year's planned attendance.

Sharp presence in Apple's product development will help Apple reduce their dependence on the LG and Samsung in particular, that when it involved a matter of patent law issues. Sharp also said to be supplying Apple iTV rumored for 2012. Interesting for what awaited appearance of the iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, or perhaps also by the presence of Sharp as a supporting component for the future of Apple.
