BlackBerry FM Tuner in Next OS 7.1 update

A forum to discuss issues of the Blackberry is working on a development of the FM Radio which appears in the latest BlackBerry OS 7.1 SDK Beta. Eric, one of the forum members asked Mark Sahom, Development advisory RIM, "Can you provide a list of devices that support FM tuner? Device currently will support this feature or it is reserved for future devices only?"

"Currently available in the BlackBerry device does not support FM tuner. This will be supported in the future, but the release of this device will not be announced "replied Mark, Development Rim Advisor, responding to question Eric.

In other words it means that the BlackBerry device does not currently have a built in FM tuner that will be enabled by the BlackBerry 7.1 OS update. This also means that there are some new BlackBerry devices with OS 7.1 is still hidden and makes us curious of course. But if you see the description of Mark Sahom, this device will probably show something "more."
