Google has confirmed the operational system has been prepared for mobile phones and other devices smaller than a tablet. Google has made a complete code for the operating system, and ready to be launched next week.
However, 'Ice Cream Sandwich' is not valid for the Nexus S. Google will tell, when 'Ice Cream Sandwich' can be used for Nexus S. Until now there are many who have not updated hardware for Android 2.3.
